1. Select Items
Select your payment currency and delivery region to
show prices in your chosen currency.
Click "add to basket" if you want to
purchase an item. When your basket contains all the
items you want to purchase click "proceed to
checkout".
2. Enter Delivery Details
Give the name and address where you'd like your order
delivered, enter your contact details.
3. Review Order
Check the delivery address carefully, click "edit
details" to correct if necessary. When you
are ready to place the order click "go to payment".
4. Pay With PayPal Or Cheque
You can pay either by a secure credit card transaction through PayPal or by UK cheque - click the button corresponding to your preferred payment method. You no longer need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal, but you can sign up for one during checkout if you wish. See 'Payment'
section below for more details. We regret that we can only accept cheques in UK £ Sterling.
5. Order Confirmation
Once you have made a payment you will receive an order
confirmation email from us. You will receive a dispatch
confirmation email when your order is on its way to
you!


We don't believe in giving customers a nasty surprise
at checkout so when you add items to your basket you can see exactly how much postage & packing you will pay. We ship worldwide - please select your delivery
region and currency below the left-hand menu to show the correct P&P in your shopping basket. These
settings will be remembered next time you visit DELTA 9 Shop.

Occasionally we use UK recorded or special delivery
at no extra cost to you - these services require a signature
on delivery.


We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days,
if it is delayed for any reason we will contact you
by email.

European Union - Airmail (2-4 working days)
Rest of World - Airmail (3-6 working days)
If you have ordered virtual tickets you will not be
sent tickets through the post - instead you will be
asked for your name, booking number (order number) and
postcode on the night.


DELTA 9 Shop.com accepts payment by UK cheque or secure credit/debit card payments through PayPal. If you don't already have a PayPal account
you can sign up for one at checkout - it's quick and
free! We never see your credit card details, instead PayPal credits us with your payment. PayPal also allows balance transfers and other

We regret that we can only accept cheques in UK £ Sterling - for other currencies please use PayPal.


You can pay for your order in £ (GBP), €
(EUR) or $ (USD). Please select your currency before
you got to checkout as you cannot change this later.
Exchange rates for USD and EUR are updated weekly, so
they may not reflect the current rate exactly, and include
a small conversion fee.


If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason
we will exchange it for you or issue you with a full
refund, provided that you return the item(s) in unused/unworn
condition within 14 days and you cover the cost of return postage.
We recommend you use a postage service requires a signature
- we are not responsible for returned items lost in
the post. Please include the following information with
any items returned: your order number; reason for return;
whether you would like an exchange or refund.

order please give the order number in the email subject.
We normally respond to email enquiries the same day.

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer. DELTA 9 Shop uses a session cookie to send a unique identifier to your browser when and item to your basket, allowing us to identify you through the ordering process. The cookie is deleted when the browser session ends, i.e. you close your browser window(s). We do not use cookies to store any personal information, and cookies created by DELTA 9 Shop.com cannot be accessed by other sites.


Any information that you give us when placing an order (name, address etc.) will only be used for the purpose of processing your order, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will never pass your details on to another party without your permission.
